Predictable and secure payments
Only pay just enough to start the project. We store your payment in escrow until the job is completed, ensuring quality and satisfaction.
There are no hidden fees and no cap on the platform fee. As your project costs change, the Waybe fee remains a consistent 20%.

Material Cost: $7,500 + Labor Cost: $5,000
Project Cost: $12,500
Waybe Platform Fee (20%): $2,500
Larger Project Example:
Material Cost: $22,000 + Labor Cost: $20,000
Project Cost: $42,000

Your Initial Project Payment 100% of your project costs are due upfront based on the initial project scope.
Your initial payment funds the full cost of the project, including:
- Materials & applicable taxes
- Labor
- Waybe’s 20% Platform Fee
You are responsible for the actual invoiced costs of your project, plus the applicable Waybe Platform Fee.
Once your project is complete, Waybe will reconcile the funds in your project account against all final invoices and Waybe fees.
If the funds collected exceed the total amount due, any unused balance will be refunded to you using the original method of payment.
If the total invoiced project costs and Waybe Platform Fee exceed the funds available in your account, Waybe will issue a final invoice for the remaining balance. The final payment is due upon completion of installation.
Customer payments are handled by a third-party and require the re-direction of the Customer to the online payment page hosted by that third-party. By clicking "Make My Payment" you are consenting to be redirected to such third-party to take and process your payment, subject to such third-party’s terms and conditions. Your order is not complete until you complete the payment process successfully and are provided an order confirmation from Waybe.
